Eligible Services
Qualifying customers must subscribe to one or a combination of the following services.
Monthly rate of any of the services below must be at least $29.95 per month to be considered an eligible service in order for Charter to make a referral payment to an organization
- Charter Digital Cable®
- Charter High-Speed® Internet
- Charter Telephone®
Order Qualifications
To qualify an order for referral payment, the customer must subscribe to an eligible service that the customer is not currently receiving from Charter and the service(s) has/have been installed and remained active for 90 consecutive days starting from the activation date. Referral payments are not paid retroactively on previous product orders. Orders must be placed through the Charter Community Connection™ order hotline and the organization special ID code must be mentioned at the time the order is placed.
