Q: How does Charter Community Connection™ work?
A: First the organization administrator needs to register for the program. Upon review and acceptance of the organizations information, the organization will be enrolled and will receive their special code. Your organization will earn Referral Payments based on the subscriber’s number of qualifying Charter Communications services ordered.
Q: What are Referral Payments?
A: Referral Payments are paid out to participating organizations based upon the number of customers who have activated a Charter Communications commitment using a designated organizations code. Organization receives $75.00 contribution on initial activation on 1 of 3 available services to include, Charter Digital Cable® TV, Charter High-Speed ® Internet, and Charter Telephone® (value of the each service mentioned needs to be at least $29.95 per month to qualify for a Referral Payment) and $25.00 for each service add-on (maximum of 2 additional qualifying services).
