Referral Payment
Charter will make the following referral payments when a qualifying customer signs up to an eligible service (see Qualifying Service):
- $75 for the first qualifying service ordered
- An extra $25 for each additional qualifying service ordered
Referral payment per order can vary based on how many eligible services the new or existing Charter customer subscribes to. The maximum referral payment per order can be up to $125, if qualifying subscriber signs up for all three services at one time.

Example:
- If a new qualifying customer (with no Charter Service) subscribes to Charter Digital Cable®, Charter High-Speed® Internet and Charter Telephone® the referral payment to the organization is $125.

- If current qualifying Charter customer (with one Charter Service, Charter Digital Cable®) subscribes to Charter High-Speed® Internet and Charter Telephone® the referral payment to the organization is $100.

Charter Community Connection™ referral payments can add up and you can raise a lot of money!!!
Raise $2,000 by referring:
- 16 new Charter customers who order 3 qualifying services ($125 total payout for 3 services ordered x 16 referrals = $2,000)
OR
- 20 current Charter customers who order 2 qualifying services ( $100 total payout for 2 services ordered x 20 referrals = $2,000)

Charter will track the orders that reference the organization’s special code. Referral payments are paid out to the organization on qualifying orders that have been installed and been activated for 90 consecutive days. Charter will distribute referral payments on a 90-day basis based on all orders that have reached the 90 day anniversary from date of activation.
